📸 Christmas Mini Shoot Booking Policy (Please read carefully before booking) To keep these magical sessions running smoothly, here’s everything you need to know: 👨👩👧👦 One Family Unit per Session • Each slot is for one immediate family (up to 5 people). • No mixed families, cousins, or friends please. • Got a bigger group? Get in touch first — we’ll see what’s possible. 🕰️ Timings & Punctuality • Your session is strictly 30 minutes start to finish. • What we capture in that time is what’s delivered — no extensions. • Please arrive ready (dressed and on time). • One outfit only — no changes during the session. 😢 If You Miss It... • Sessions are non-refundable — no exceptions. • Miss your slot or cancel last-minute? I can’t fill it, so no refund will be given. • Booking means you understand this. 📷 Image Delivery • You’ll receive a gallery of 10 edited, high-resolution images. • These are selected based on the best from your session. 🚗 Parking • Free parking is available but not guaranteed — it’s first-come, first-served. 🙅♀️ Kids, Crying, & Expectations • These sessions are designed especially for children. • If your child doesn’t want to take part or gets upset, that’s OK — but refunds aren’t given. • Parents are welcome to join, but please note: → This is not a full family portrait session. → Seating is on the floor — parents must be comfortable doing so. 🚪 Arrival Instructions • Please wait outside the main entrance. • The centre is closed at weekends, and I must come and collect you. • Do not enter the building, even if someone else opens the door. ✨ A Note from Donna These sessions are short, festive, and joyful — designed to capture a little magic without pressure.
